The Alpine Meadows Project
We present The Alpine Meadows Project at 340 Monashee Road. With incredible 180 degree views of Silver Star Mountain Resort, located just 25 minutes from Vernon, B.C., this thoughtfully designed 3,500 square foot 3 story homes has it all!
This ultra-efficient custom Silver Star home features a beautiful James Hardie exterior accented with natural stone and wood. With triple pane windows throughout, this home was built with a Step Code 3 rating making it incredibly comfortable and energy efficient year round.

This hyper-efficient Silver Star custom home was built with an insulated concrete foundation (ICF) and features triple pane windows giving this beautiful build a Step Code 3 rating.
Masterpiece On Mara
This luxurious lakeside retreat on Mara Lake in Sicamous, British Columbia boasts over 3800 square feet of living space, high-end finishes, and a custom design. With a multi-material exterior finish, custom gabion retaining wall, and 2-inch comfort board, this home offers both aesthetic appeal and functional benefits. This hyper-efficient build was built to a Step Code 3 energy efficiency including ICF construction all the way to the rafters.

The Hoefer Project
This perfect custom summer home, located in the hills of the North Okanagan near Enderby B.C., packs a punch with a stunning 180 degree view of the valley including the famed Enderby Cliffs which are situated directly across the valley. This small but mighty home has a lot to brag about including slab on grade floors finished with polished concrete and stunning pine tongue and groove ceilings matched by an equally impressive accent wall of the same. It was built with ICF construction right to the rafters for superior energy efficiency and topped off with a beautiful cantilever roof structure.
The Melvin Project
This beautiful ski home, located near Silver Star Mountain Resort, is an instant GEM classic which features custom finishes everywhere you look. The walls throughout are finished with tongue and groove pine and has stunning custom cabinetry including the bedroom closets.
Being located at the top of a ski mountain, warmth and energy efficiency was a must and we pulled that off with full ICF construction right to the rafters and triple pane windows.
Mabel Lake Cabin
This extraordinarily luxurious lakefront custom cabin is one of our all-time favorite featured projects. Between the gorgeous natural setting on the pristine shores of Mabel Lake to the stunning Douglas Fir post and beam timber frame construction, coupled with the natural rock exterior finishes, this home suits its remarkable surroundings.
Modern Farmhouse Project
Modern Farmhouse is how we like to describe this beautiful custom build. Utilizing a Farmhouse style structure for the building with large overhangs and steep gabled rooflines, your initial thought would go to farmhouse architecture. But this house has much more to offer than your traditional farmhouse feel. The exterior is clad in tough rib metal siding, bringing a modern industrial look to its façade. Stark black and white contrasts give it simplicity along with a big impact.
