Sage Avenue Renovation
This beautiful custom renovation in Armstrong, B.C. by GEM Quality Homes is sure to mesmerize! It is one of our all-time favorite renovation projects. Between the exquisite custom cabinetry, stunning tile flooring, and timber frame accents, when you see the photos of this project, you’ll understand why this project ranks near the top out of all our custom renovation projects…
The Dabell Project
A top to bottom renovation for this lakefront summer home. From a dark dated space to a light, open and airy home. With a few layout design changes, we were able to open the main living and kitchen space up to better accommodate the summer groups that gather here. Utilizing durable water resistant laminate flooring throughout, this family can enjoy days on the beach right into restful evenings around their dining room table. Updates to insulation and electrical in this home as well provide a more efficient home during the times it is being used.
Riverfront Timber Frame
Wow…that is about the only way to describe this beauty in all her glory. This project was a labour of love for everyone involved. A project we will never forget. This awe inspiring vision of an amazing client has left us all speechless. Thank you for letting us transform your dream into reality. A mention must be given to Driven Construction in Enderby, BC for supplying the beautiful timber work on this project, it is simply stunning!
